Credits as Associate Designer: David has worked as Christopher Oram’s Associate Designer and Assisted on The Michael Grandage Season 2012-2014 and Uncle Vanya (West End), Le Nozze Di Figaro (Glyndebourne), Evita (Broadway), Company (Sheffield Crucible), Spelling Bee, King Lear, Passion (Donmar Warehouse) and Don Giovanni (Metropolitan Opera). 

 Awards: David was nominated in 2016 for a DORA award for Outstanding Costume Design for Titanic (Ed Mirvish Theatre, Toronto) and was a finalist in the Linbury Prize for Stage Design. He was awarded Best Designer for Titanic and Lizzie Siddal (2014) at the Off West End Awards.
